ATAKSIM Project

After the HELSIM Project, Aerotim took part in Havelsan’s ATAKSIM Project, aimed at increasing the training capabilities of the T129 ATAK helicopter program. Havelsan as the main contractor, Aerotim developed flight dynamic models. The physics-based mathematical models included all aerodynamic behavior, automatic flight control system models, turbine engine models, FADEC functions, transmission models, failure and emergency procedures, etc.

The developed simulator is a Level D certifiable product. Aerotim developed and delivered all models in line with certification requirements.
