In aviation, a key to sustainable companies is its after-sales support for delivered products. The use of our products in simulators for various types of aircraft and the increasing number of simulators has enabled us to expand upon our after-sales support activities. Our goal is to increase the share of after-sales support in our turnover to a majority in the upcoming period.
As part of our effort to ensure a sustainable business model, we are also improving our key capabilities. Our customers are now demanding flight dynamic models at much tighter schedules. In our software development environment, we have automized many of our processes. That way, we aim to ensure that s a final product is developed faster and reliable with engineers of less field experience. This is achieved considerably today, but our goal is to carry this automation even further. Once done, we will be able to respond to our customers much faster.
We have a well-established human resources policy that allows us to employ only the best. Our close contacts with universities allowed us to witness talent during their undergraduate and graduate studies who would go on to join our team, establishing relationships that continue for many years.
