İlkay Yavrucuk
Founder, CEO
An experienced academician and executive, Dr. Yavrucuk has worked more than 20 years as an academic, coupled more than 15 years of experience in the industry, bringing innovative ideas, solutions and products to both the aerospace industry and the academic community. He received his MS degree and his PhD from the Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering of the Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States, and continued his postdoctoral career as a researcher at the same university. He returned to Turkey in 2005 and is today an executive at Aerotim Engineering as well as a full-time Professor at the Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara.
Onur Tarımcı
Manager, Team Lead
Tarımcı received his BS and MEng degrees from the Aerospace Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University (METU). He began his career as an aerospace engineer at Aerotim Engineering. He is today working with the company as head of engineering in many projects, and has led modelling and simulation teams with particular focus on technology development at Aerotim, as well as R&D projects.
